  • Patch Test

All clients MUST have a patch test & consultation before booking. You can book this via our BOOK NOW button.

 

  • 50% Deposit Required

Appointments will ONLY be confirmed once a deposit or full payment is received, this MUST be done prior to your appointment. You will either be sent a paypal invoice or required to pay via our booking app.  All deposits will be deducted from final fee. If a deposit is not made we reserve the right to give your appointment to another client.

 

  • Cancellations

Please give 48 hours notice if you are to cancel your appointment. Anything less than this your deposit of 50% count as a cancellation fee. If you have not made a deposit prior you will still be billed and liable to pay this fee. Please note that your deposit is non-refundable, however can be used to reschedule.

 

  • Infill Appointments

An infill ONLY counts if you return within 3 weeks and have at least half your lashes remaining, anything less than half will be charged at the rate of a full-set. Please also note that we do NOT Infill work other than our own. If you are currently wearing lashes that are not our own please book in for a REMOVAL FIRST.

 

  • NO PETS NO CHILDREN

Please do not bring pets or children to your appointment due to the nature of the business and the safety aspect.
